There workspaces are excellent and facilities provided as well. Good IGP process help you to switch internally.

Dislikes

They have hire and fire policy. Also managers needs to put lot of efforts for replacements and salary hikes of their employees. Poor work life balance.

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. If u want only 1-2 years of experience in Finastra for gaining knowledge about recent tech u can.

Most of the people come with enthusiasm to start working with Finastra and end up loosing their work life balance and satisfaction. They have a lot of glitches in their system and fixing them takes a lot time which the managers don’t give making the employees life hell
