...e co. management, pay policy, work culture, employee relationship is almost nil. Fake/False promises made by the management regarding the salary pay harass the employees career and growth. No hike or increment on time. Just nagging time here n there. Lot of favourism towards the particular group of employees.

Considering the salary paid by the company holds on to most of the people it hires. There is a sense of job security for sure, unless the employee is really undeserving.

Dislikes

- Hardly any leadership, no brief about the assignments. - Lower growth options, hardly any training and support activities. - Irregular appraisals - Tough POC with management

Pay is very very less. That head HR Laxmi doesn't even know how to negotiate with CA guys and b.com guys. To get her commission, she is spoiling so many youngsters lives. She can't digest that money happily
