... especially that name and pvt Ltd how they keeping without ashame I didn't know. I strongly recommend to work here like a slave for free and if you are good hearted plz work in this concern and forget ur salary and live to that fraud beggars especially Inbakumar Rsm chennai; Hr recruiter Swathi senapathi & HR manager Pradeep tripathi will put a great big naamam to ur salary and they will swallow ur salary with no doubt, It's a company secretary policy. And no one making a complaint about this company to close. Its a First and foremost fraud pvt ltd company that not giving salary to their Executives and they are doing this as full time job on a Regular Basis

Good work environment and culture and teammates are supportive But the Company policies are very Bad According to Me.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

If you are entering as a fresher, you'll get to learn a lot and enhance your knowledge about credit and other specific areas.

- No work life balance . - Over timing in this company is a day to day activity and shift during the time of month end ranges from working for 13-14 hrs a day. - Non supportive Managers with too much work pressure. - Office timings are 10-7 PM. If you're given a Task even if around 6 or 6:30 in the evening then you are allowed to leave only once the task gets completed otherwise your Manager won't allow you to go at 7. - Place full of Manipulators and specially Ashma Kohli (Founder's wife) who will manipulate you to work for 11-12 hrs a day by telling her fake story to make you work. - Total biasness; only the people who are working for years in the company will be privileged over anyone. - You have to report to the office during your college semester exams also, no chances to getting leaves for your studies. - If a girl has to travel alone during the night time, they won't get this; you have to overtime at any cost.
