Great place to work at. Lot of growth opportunities but only for those who want to grow and can perform. Hip licking doesn't work here. Only performance and output. We got great support from management for skills upgradation and learnt a lot from Directors. They are great young people. Lazy staff doesn't like them and put out bad words about company. But that's there personal problem. If you have talent and zeal, you will thrive here. I read some negative reviews and could identify some of them. Almost all were non performers and were always finding reasons for not doing job assigned. Such people can't work anywhere and will always criticize the company.

The only hospital in the city who promotes training and inductions to the employees. Great opportunities for career growth . You get hired without interviews if you are an ex fims in the city . The salaries always get credited in our account never got delayed no matter what. The company also helps the staff in personal financial emergency needs.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling
