Infrastructure is Good and pleasent Never Decide by websites and social media 'TskJhak" ...Company is old though system and plant is new so no system or hierarchy yet properly designed. If you consider this as Manufacturing company , Don't ....as they are like "Lala Company " , so much pressure for sales if you choose Sales profile . No trainings designed yet or they don't offer time to get settled to new employees . My experience was not good if I talk about Management Decesion power and systems. .

Even though they are in to B2B , They ask daily Sales updates and pressure to get it done to new employees

everything is disliked.. if anyone joins the company. I wish them all the best. There's nothing to appreciate. The owner and the so-called HR, who don't even understand the essence of HR, seem more focused on superficial appearances – waking up in the morning, putting on lipstick, and engaging in a mere show. These individuals don't perform productive tasks; instead, they sit and monitor security cameras. They also fail to disburse salaries punctually.

The worst political, psychological and mind disturbing culture ever!! The reign of company is in hands of non technical persons and they are driving company as per their ease.

The worst part is they are the least bothered about onboarding and offboarding, employee needs to beg for their own full and final settlement money. No work-life balance as well as no job security. Management really needs to work on HR and take control of vendors. being an EA there is no growth and my corporate grade will be the same for my entire life in Filter Concept. so indirectly no promotion. Last work or company culture depends upon your boss. if you get the right person he will smooth up your carrier or else you need to suffer. Best of luck

Basically, my short tenure of around 5 months as operations incharge is not fully sufficient to comment. However, considering my position as operations incharge i spent around 4 months i office getting oriented looking after client correspondence and clearing bottlenecks. The work culture at office and at factory are 180* the other way. Office காம் be termed better. Company has oppressive employee policies and rampant whuch hunting going on at factory level. We can see a clear apartheid approach in the addressing of priduction challenges. Vixtimization scapegoating and blame games are rampant. Company believes in cutting salaries on flimsy grounds,which shows poorly overall outlook of company. The MD is quite objective but at times shows immaturity and un-professionalism. .

Employee turn over is very high. Very un-professionalism at factory end in managing purchase, stores etc. Delegation of power is not supported by trust and faith. Most of the operationalChallenges are man made due to intenal bickering which is furthered by a vindictive management at factory. Weekly performance monitoring meetings end up in persinal bickerings and resultant demoralized work force at factory. Many people have left the organisation within few months of joining due to perinial explosive work atmosphere.
