The level of students and satisfaction after teaching a class.

It's simple. They laid off people in pandemic. They are yet to give the money which was cut last year from salary and by their mail was suppose to be credited before 01 Dec,2019. Still to receive that,also I am sending them constant mails to pay as I am unemployed now and cannot afford to pay my education loan also. So I leave it on the people reading this as what to expect from this organization. Thank you

In this time of vividh, FIITJEE proved itself the worst of its class. Many employee send on leave without pay for undefined time period. Those who has resigned from their post, did not get their FnF even after more than 1 year. No culture for care off it's low earning employee but at every stage high order had to crush work force at the lowest level to save their pay out.

Dislikes

Pay out to its employees. Salary deducted, no appraisal for 3 years. Draconian bond for 3 years.

It's the first educational platform to truly focus on academic excellence instead of mugging up data.

Bad management No salary for months Dictatorial decisions No transparency at all No work -life balance Inflated CTCs No innovation at all Not about academics anymore.

Chill Training is excellent and real Teachers are respected No harsh feeling among peers Subject is considered primary Less work pressure

Can cut your salary anytime depending on how your centre is doing with admissions.

... are very poor or they are trying to take extreme advantage citing the pandemic. Lot of pending salary arrears as well as long pending appraisal.
