No communication, salary cut, Rude and careless HR, salary date not fixed Last time it was given after 3 months. Calling on holidays also though no work one has to punch in and out.

Dislikes

From last 1year they have started deducting around 30-40% of employee's salary without any reason, and when we ask about our salary they say that they are under a severe financial crisis, due to these reasons it has became a worse place to work most of the teachers are leaving the institute.
