The level of students and satisfaction after teaching a class.

It's simple. They laid off people in pandemic. They are yet to give the money which was cut last year from salary and by their mail was suppose to be credited before 01 Dec,2019. Still to receive that,also I am sending them constant mails to pay as I am unemployed now and cannot afford to pay my education loan also. So I leave it on the people reading this as what to expect from this organization. Thank you

...teachers. Technical people will have no growth and respect in this organization. During Covid19 lockdown, fiitjee has given leave without pay for many employees.

The package given by the company will be high.

...as basic pay. (4.2 lakhs package will give you basic pay around 21000 per month. No development in knowledge and salary cut without any prior information. If you don't get any job then you can join fiitjee else please don't join.

Compensation is good at the starting stage but lags after few years

Dislikes

Increment cycle happens in 3 years. Company always crying about profitability when most of the revenues is taken by the Corporate Office.
