Overall experience is good I started my career in Fiitjee, work life balance is good and very nice working culture.

Dislikes

From last 1year they have started deducting around 30-40% of employee's salary without any reason, and when we ask about our salary they say that they are under a severe financial crisis, due to these reasons it has became a worse place to work most of the teachers are leaving the institute.
