I was working for 1.6 years n ol the time i should say I was in a prion.You will get atmost salary ranges between 12-20k for freshers and for experienced salary ranges between 30-40k and appraisal ranges between 15-25%. Company is filled with politics. Should say you will definitely learn how to compromise with yourself if u join this stupid company. Even for a cup of tea or better call tea as cup of hot water u have to spend 10 rs. Never saw any innovation in last 1.5 years and no work life. All people over there just complain about the quality of company and if u raise ur voice ur gonna be fired for sure.

I felled in love with the AC. Only thing which made me cool n calm at time was the AC.

Work From Home policy . Good salary Flexible timing No restrictions on leave Only Some managers are good Company is taken over by MRO US so in india as we it is known as MRO now. No budget issue in appraisals if you fight they will give good hike in appraisal. Don’t select from Likes area check my dislike area as well

Worked As A ScrumMaster -No skil development - 0 Agile knowledge in leadership so you can’t introduce anything ew or they even cant think to make process better - No has any sense of how to speak with peers. Sometimes abusive language with Male associates. (This statement is for Male associates only. Female associates are respected completely) - Easily fires when you don’t obey policy - Driven from US MRO and completely focused to Us employee. Less rewards to India Scrum Masters. - Sometime your initiative are rewarded to Us employees only. - No Scope of SAFe. - No job security easily fired Many things to write in this area. Give last preference to this company

... have fire policy. It is not based on your profile. It has internal politics. They give very very low salary like for 3 year UI developer 3 lac. If that developer ask for hike then say we can not do much. After Resign they are willing to give 5 lac but now no use. So do not join this company.

...chances are given to only relative and known persons. Bad aggressive management. Less pay and too much workload. In short not a good place to work.

Aggressive HR staff, arrogant Managers, unhealthy and not a transparent work environment, very less payout, politics all over departments, poor career growth, less increment or no increment at all.

Overall experience is great. Except salary. If salary expectation would match approx to the employee's expectation about salary. No one wants to go for jobs in other companies.
