There is nothing bad in this company. Everything seems to be perfect. The rate with which company is growing is tremendous. So I have no material in my pocket to dislike anything.

Poor Management, especially the direct manager. If you have any small conflict with your manager, they ruin your career and put you on your worst rated employee list, even worst part is, the higher management doesn't do anything about it. The micromanagement is really a nightmare. The more work you do, the more work you get with minor appreciation.
