Not all but few of the people have been kind enough to understand that Intern doesn’t know it all & needs the right amount of guidance and work to understand the ongoings. The Founder has been kind enough to have a one on one conversation about understanding the situation and trying to inculcate the necessary changes.

1. The review system was just one way and seemed very biased! Only few people get the opportunity to speak up their minds in front of the authorities. 2. No team hierarchy: some experienced people should be incharge of the respective departments & that means by age as well. 3. No PPO offer: In case there is no PPO to offer atleast the candidate should be allowed to extend the stay as he/she is not qualified to get another opportunity just because it is labelled as ‘Lack of Experience’. 4. Low Stipends 5. Team Leads acting as if they own the place and use strategy to mentally harass the people who are new, so much they leave. Few people have the mentality to rule and few have the sense to run the business and few of the employees here think they know it all. This attitude not only spoils what the actual owners have built but all makes new people wanna quit. For the owners, it’s high time to be biased and not hearing the other people out. One HR can’t handle it all. Give them a assistant atleast, cause if the rest of the employees who didn’t get fair treatment start speaking the HR would faint probably. Rest all okay. All the best
