Totally very bad work culture and production head using bad words while asking any safety related concerns.

...k culture very bad, they are treating s a safety officer as housekeeping person. Totally very bad, salary also very low and during my tenure of work period from sep 2020 to June 2023, No PF, No Bonus. They blamed more, and worked 12 hours throughout the periods. They are not allowed to do fire drills.

Management doesn't address the issues. Politics is too much. Hr Department is over powered Department. Their rules and regulations are ununderstanding. No training for New Joinees. Career growth is slow.

Good work experience and company culture and work environment. My team members is very supportive and transparency b/w junior employee and top management. So overall work experience at Fiem Industries is good.

Work and life not balance of working employees because of salary increase % is low.
