...e balance. Almost every second person struggles to maintain low stress levels. Okayish salary! Poor quality work. Managers will disrespect you in front of client to to save their nose.

Company culture is great, team mates are super helpful. Top management isn’t great or supportive, also doesn’t acknowledge one’s contribution

Work doesn’t get recognised. Ever after ample of work, no chance of appraisal.

1. You are given the option to work from home or work from office. 2. If you are facing any medical issues then you get complete support from the start up with leaves. ( Zero leave policy ) 3. Good appraisal if you work hard. 4. Varun ( CTO ) is a good leader

Dislikes

1. Even if you join office , you ll feel like a nobody because no one will entertain even if it's your first day. 2. Laptops / accessories provided are not upto the mark. 3. Even as a developer / qa / product you are not given the time to learn new things technically 4. ISM DHANBAD people employed on important positions and you ll have to enter their group otherwise you ll always feel left out. 5. CEO is not right for position.
