Yes it is wonderful experience to work in field motor pvt ltd, I have work many other dealership but the satisfaction of job and work culture is much more better in this company..

Higher paid employee under non productivity, because of this demotivating many of our employee which directly impact in our business. Why not Field motor get a survey to check who have higher paid in lower Designation. Many of them, As per Designation he or she, the company had invested lost of money to groom up but finally after all this they work in lower Designation in higher paid salery I don't know why this type policy is exists in a private sector. For example. One guy's in service department, he was working as a technical leader Designation with zero quality, the company sent him to TKM for higher training name EDP- Expert devlopment program he was the 1st person in east zone who did that trailing and the final result was .7 % improvement out of 5 total mark 2.1 % as per TKM result, then the management took him different Designation as a EM coordinator which is not exists in Toyota policy, just save his job management did this, now he is working as a job controller and take salery rupees 46000, how could be possible is this... only 15000 to20000 rs is ok for this Designation. So this is the observation I have.. many think happened which is not been possible to explain by msg.
