Dislikes

Working on what's app only the will not giving any salary breakup. Holding employee salary without informing to employee. No work life balance you have to work 12 t0 15 hr. You have to work on sunday also.Managers are not supportive.

Freedom of working, good Projects. Learning for personality development. On time salary.

Dislikes

No proper appraisals and appreciation. HR doesn't know it's work. No enjoyable environment. Lots of politics. No work life balance. Anytime conference calls.

My salary is being credited regularly even in such critical time when construction industry is stuck badly. Also the previous reimbursements are cleared. Management always makes sure to call and check on the well being of the employees.

excellent for learning but so much pressure of job and much formilites . Management great , salary on time . I have worked and done work 100% honestly but no value of your hard work. Job security zero , Very bad experience with the company.

The staff is very friendly, and there is not too much pressure on them to work. The company promotes a good balance between personal and professional life. Additionally, the senior team members are very supportive and provide valuable knowledge.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
