Yes I really Like to work at FIS but Job Promotions & Salary hike are not as expected. It's really good for those guys who are joining this organisation with Good Hike & want a stable life ahead. For those like me who are at initial phase of learning & want to earn more money should go for some other company

Job security is the best at fis, Team is good, with different projects comming in all the time to keep you busy.

Compensation and yearly hike is poor. Nothing to learn, the work kind of gets monotonous after a while.

I love to work with this organization as I analysed, that people have good knowledge about banking domain. People are helpful. Management is not so good, but the responsibilities and work given to me, is good and people here trust each other.

Compensation factor. And Some false decision like adding Variable pay component in between are the worse decisions that management have made.

...de you too are active and want to learn. Company have options for permanent Wfh. Appraisals are good but there is no bonus.

There is a lot of politics at senior level. Senior resources/management do not listen to the resources working on ground. There are some of the senior resources who works only to create unnecessary pressure on team. Notice period is of 75 Days. With recent projects the training is not given to new resources. They are expected to learn the product while working on it.

...t new technologies. But it is some what slower in growth for existing employees. New exp joiners get good package at the time of joint. But overall It is good product based company.
