...nment and culture, company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and good. Company will give us very good salary and they give good hike and bonus on every year on the basis of performance. totally fis is good company with lot of benefits.

There is lot of politics and I'm totally Unhappy with some of Team Leader , felt intentionally targeted to us and they gave lot of work to single person only. management also doesn't addressed our issues. Once I explained all this to TPO. Bt I'm till now faced same issue.I felt very bad. Struggled alot. For this reasons I think to change my job.

...ake 10 mins to reach office from wakad and there is no traffic on Aundh highway. - hybrid(2 days WFO) -5-8 % annual hike - Appraisal cycle is April-march - office building contains 7 floors, - one canteen, and one outside vender for food - 16-18Lac annual salary for SD-2 - can release candidate before there LWD. but pays till last waking day. - overall it is a good company. Just try to join at good package.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

Management doesn't imposes you to work from office location even though company is following hybrid model.

Compensation is below industry standards. No transportation services provided during regular office hours.

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.
