My overall experience is good. Work culture and work life balance depends on which team you are working. FIS has good health insurance benefits; they have Tuition Assistance Program which is good benefit if you want to get domain related courses. If you are in right team and you perform well, then you will definitely get rewarded.

... should provide free ESOP for employees who worked for more than 3 or 5 years. Because of continuous cost cutting, compensation benefit is less as compared to peers.

The best thing about FIS they didn't reduced our salary and continued the shift allowance although we are working from home. And ensured the well being of employees and provided with immediate support to work remotely from home.

The tech stack is not on par with cutting edge tech we see these days.In financial industry,it's definitely a drawback since they don't try to adapt to new tech or tools easily.takes time.
