No worklifebalance, no proper hike ,politics, no secracy mantanance for feedback and always try to diduct employee salary even after aplied leave ,company provide leaves to employees but once taken they diduct salary

...ement. 1) Management keeps moving employees from process to another every often. (2) Salary hike is very minimal. (3) No scope for any domine. (4) Management expects us to work atleast 2 hours extra for free, they tell us to take initiative in work and carry their burdens. (5) Even a employee who got operation will not get day shifts, and they should work in night shifts.

...ritism is all time high 3. HR policies are outdated & HRs don't respond on time. Payslips show different figures every month & payroll team is least bothered to fix the issues in salary calculation 4. There is no exit management system in place & notice period has no value. Manager & HR decides randomly the LWD (the Last day can be today & employee would know only the same day's evening)

requirement process very bed... My all interview process gone smooth.. salary discussion, HR round every thing what completed... i suppose to join from next day but 1day back got call from HR team and said.. this position on hold... that i thing they have to discuss internally so candidate will not waste time.. they have to discuss internally before posting any job in Naukri or any of portal. IS all BIG company do like this only?
