No work life balance in support projects. Too much of micro- management. Start-up culture. You need to blindly follow you boss.. Ease of works only for those who gives salutations to his boss. Recently they terminated cab service for contractors. Too much of random layoffs. Management :- 0.1/10

promotion delays, salary is not at par which competitors are offering, some employees are abusing the wfh culture by missing every major deadline

Best work life balance, employee friendly, best in class salary package, five star level food (free of cost), transport Pickup up and drop for remotest location of Delh NCR.

Dislikes

Delay in promotion, mild office politics..but these are almost in every company. However, Fidelity is one of the best.

Job security, Timely salary, Brand name Some quick facts: 1: This company gives salary in advance. 2: You'll only get 8 public holidays only (optional included). 3: This is not Product-based org, but it is called Captive org which is more or less Service-based orgs (Or we can say clients of Service company). 4: This is not a fortune 500 company Some job consultants share some false info about this company, so be aware.

Disclaimer: This is my genuine experience, since this org has too many +ve reviews, I think it is my responsibility to enlighten everyone. As a software developer what went wrong here: 1: Don't expect pure development work, here you'll be supporting existing applications + you'll get very limited patching work in other application (70% support, 30% maintenance/dev). 2: Will face high work pressure very frequently, you'll be occupied with defects resolution most of the time (Don't think that workload is for dev/coding). 3: Although workload is high, still there is no learning, since most of the work here is either support or patching. 4: Expect no to minimum help from your seniors, you are on your own here. 5: Company will tell you to work from office (hybrid) irrespective of your location and conditions, they don't care. This company is good for those who don't want to do brain challenging tasks and are ready to work on repeated tasks like application support.

Work life balance was so bad, they feel that if they are paying you for Overtime then employee have no right to say, No. He/she should be happily work on Sunday even.
