If anybody looking for nightmare this Company is suitable for them.

Dislikes

The Company didn't care about their employees no work life balance there is no promotion, and not a salary hike even working more than 1 year not a single increment no travel allowanced, no nightshift allowanced, or overtime money is given. They threaten their employees to work more otherwise they will drag you on court.

salary will never given on time delay in ever month salary near by 10 to 15 days delay in salary. No increment, No support for any query, zero information from hr in any information requirement. notice period suddenly change from 2 to 3 month, your salary of last month get stuck more the 2 month.

Fidelis has great work culture, working environment is pleasant and flexible too. It provides work life balance, has supportive supervisors/ managers, promotes employee engagement activities & encourages employee initiatives. Company prefers WFO but in case of contingency, employees are allowed to WFH on the discretion of manager.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
