salary will never given on time delay in ever month salary near by 10 to 15 days delay in salary. No increment, No support for any query, zero information from hr in any information requirement. notice period suddenly change from 2 to 3 month, your salary of last month get stuck more the 2 month.

It provides work life balance, has supportive supervisors/ managers, promotes employee engagement activities & encourages employee initiatives. Company prefers WFO but in case of contingency, employees are allowed to WFH on the discretion of manager.
