...oming a minute late. Do not waste your time and career working for this company. They will never give your salary on time and whine about your behavior and work. Even if you give your 100%, they would not care and demean you.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Too much show-off. They will hold back your salary. And will give you dhamki that, if you don't complete your work your salary will be deducted. Of course, we will work! There is no option that we can't work, but saying that you will deduct salary, gives the employees insecurity. They expect you to work like donkeys..... Plus they don't deposit your rightful PF amount as they mention it on the offer letter.

Working at Fictivebox Media is really great for a few reasons. First, the way we work is super creative and always changing, which makes it fun. They want us to think of new ideas and be creative. Also, the company always wants to know what's new in our industry, so every day is a chance to learn something new and take on different challenges.

Dislikes

While Fictivebox Media has many positive aspects, there are a few things that I find challenging. One of them is the limited remote work Options.

I started working here with zero knowledge about anything, it's my first job and I have spent 1 year here, I bet no one can train their employees like this company does. The seniors are very helpful, I never have to be disappointed whenever I go to them asking for any help.
