1. Only initial salary is good. 2. WFH when needed.

Dislikes

1. Micromanagement and managerial immaturity - The reporting manager exhibits micromanagement, which stifles autonomy and growth. Despite direct communication, the manager continues the same behavior, possibly due to ego or immaturity. 2. Frequent layoffs without transparency - Layoffs occur frequently, but without clear communication and warning. This leads to anxiety and uncertainty thus making it difficult to feel secure or motivated. 3. Middle management and favoritism - Middle management values loose talks over merit. Those who don't engage in such behavior are put under performance scrutiny and eventually face the risk of being placed in PIP with no increment or has to take a increment of 1-3% which is a joke. 4. Unfair treatment of high salaried employees - High salaried employees frequently face potential PIP or termination, despite performing well. This could demotivate and lead to a feeling of insecurity, especially when job performance isn't a clear factor in these decisions. Reports of employees being terminated without notice or denied salary and notice period pay and being given zero increment despite good performance. These actions contribute to an environment where employees feel expendable and unappreciated, leading to low morale and potential legal issues. 5. Transportation issues - Employee transportation facility is poorly managed, with many complaints going unaddressed. 6. Night shifts and employee health - Working in night shift affected my health and there is lack of safety during these hours. No employee well being. 7. Change in policy every quarter - Company does not have consistency in operating policies. Keeps changing policies every quarter and will reduce work-life balance. 8. Disconnect between vision and execution - While the company owners may have a visionary outlook, the higher and middle management team aren't working towards the companies vision effectively. 9. Lack of personal and professional growth - No opportunities for growth and employees are not treated properly and with no change to advance. People will leave to find a more fulfilling and growth-oriented job. 10. Best suitability - This company is best suited for those who are 2-5 yrs experienced professionals.

No promotions, very less appraisal compared to the standards, no job security, no career growth, you actually don't do the work which usually the same role person would do in the outside world. Its more of admin jobs. Frequent HR policy changes not employee friendly..

CEO is good but other higher leadership speak different language than CEO

Dislikes

No job security. Leadership keep changing their strategy and goals which results in lay off in USA and India. Leadership takes feedback but barely work upon those. Work life balance is hugely impacted negatively.
