*If you choose not to use the company-provided transportation, HR refuses to give you a travel allowance and will deduct Rs.3,000 a month from CTC even if you don't use it. (I'm really very disappointed with this thing, also it is not mentioned in their policy) *Beware about promises from HR during time of selection process & try to get everything in a written. *Sandwich leaves - If you choose to take leaves on Friday and Monday, a total of four days will be substracted from your paid leaves, including Saturday and Sunday.

I work for FLT ( in Fibro India). Since last 6 months. Work culture is healthy. We have flexible working hours. Also very friendly though professional approach of colleagues and boss.
