The company follows no corporate rule. HR does not communicate about anything. Admidst covid, they have cut salaries without informing employees. Directors are spinless with no power to support their employees. The culture is very strict, seniors constantly want employees to work but there is no appreciation. Company is miser and shows only good perception on google/ social media just to get business. This company is responsible for spoiling careers. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE. The company name is a gimmick just to get business. They are just fake, terrible bosses, management. No salaries

No corporate ethics, no process on place, no salary, no employee benefits, very strict people Directors and bosses are biased, no support to their employees. Unlike other companies are supportive because of covid, they have cut 60% salaries Without informing , asked employees to travel at their own risk, no reimbursement, no salary if you dont come physically to work. I would highly recommend not to join this office. Management has ruined many peoples career and they are not guilty. HR named Arun is pathetic, no manners to talk to employees, especially women. He doesn’t have basic understanding of what is the role ot HR yet company is biased to him.

The time u learn all manager will create programs to you. Hr policy keep changing as as per the manager need. If manager dont need his jr. They HR don’t listen to their jr. manager call be the final call.

Very very third class company , Controlled by local gavthi unions illiterate uneducated people,. All directors having mo control to manage own company, Very very bad worst experience faced by all dept persons. It is suggestion to blacklist company.

A Group with professional directors, family owned company. Very good name in market. Supportive Directors.

Control over proclduction process need to make more efficient, though there is no any such glass processor in Indian market.
