The company is trying to focus on employee growth with regular internal trainings. 10. FEV is not a well-known company to an average engineer but its name has value in the automotive industry. 11. I had an awesome view from my desk. All in all the experience you will have within the company will be highly dependent on which department you are and who is your reporting, even my colleagues in the same department will have a drastically different experience than what I had. If you are getting a good package it's not a bad company to be in which you might think reading other reviews.

...hey all are accounted for in your CTC, which just lowers your in-hand amount. 4. Surprisingly low in-hand salary; many new hires are surprised to see their first paycheck (in an unpleasant way). In some cases, people get close to the same salary that they were getting at their previous job. To mitigate this just give HR information regarding if you will be using the bus or not, information like that and ask them to tell your exact monthly in-hand amount. 5. Really complicated CTC structure; they have changed it recently but I haven't heard anything good about it. 6. Increments are done yearly and the average increment is comparatively low. But if you are outlier the company won't be hesitant to pay you more. 7. Work-life balance was great for me but can be bad depending on the department and the job you do. 8. Recent changes in HR policies which have made working hours more strict, getting out early needs signing of slips, etc. 9. FEV is always trying to improve but most new policies (good/bad) are poorly executed. 10. Learning opportunities can be limiting if you are not from a mechanical background.

For freshers, FEV is the right platform in which I have supportive team-mates.

...s with them. 3. Career growth is in worst, all is based on Internal politics. 4. Salary is given like 2 drops of water in Dessert & forget about Appraisal, it never happens here. I don't want to say more because the list will never end But seriously Worst part is they donot want to improve.

Fev doesn't have much R&D Work, so you have lot of free time to look for jobs.

...Don't expect any actual development, research work 3. Location outside pune. 4. Very less Cash in hand salary 5. No support from HR in any way 6. No or very less increments 7. No promotions 8. No professionalism 9. No mutual respect Please avoid joining here. It could turn out the biggest mistake of your life.

Work pressure is more.... Need to work on Saturdays and Sundays and there is more region fellings south Indian and north Indian from leads level it's very high.. While taking any project Management would consult sme's and they do promise and in ground level we need to suffer a lot...

Experienced colleagues to ask from and rely on during your initial growth period. But that too I feels for a limited period of time.

Dislikes

1. No commitment of self words which are being promised to employees. 2. Biasness towards employees. 3. Not recognizing true potential. 4. Poor management.
