oh, i have got a load of reasons to dislike this company. Work and worth never gets recognized in here. People are not valued and even sidelined if one speak up for themselves and even shown the door. Infrastructure is one of the worst. Constant threat of manager firing associates will be there if they speak up. Total chaos and Zero co-ordination within the teams working on projects. if you enjoy drama bring some popcorn along. because there is no dearth of that in here.

Helpful Colleagues & Management who always help you to progress but you need to be open up to them so that they can be a help rather than being a shut off. HR Team is also very very nice thinking and working towards employee wellbeing.

Dislikes

Office work space is not that good with no ventilation & proper air flow except for the AC and a fan. Though out of losing job or other issues I may not be able to speak but that office room always made me uncomfortable and I got sick too.

U can b very free with everyone with everything because ur going resign with in a 6 months. U can eat anything in canteen in the specified time because ur going vist with in a month of joining there. U don't have to think about stress becouse stress itself will be afraid to work here. Please don't think appraisal because how ever ur going resign with in a six months. If in case the appraisal was given to u. u can buy a big massive car tyres in second hand. If you know how to hold a bucket u can be the perfect employee of fertis.

Hiring unprofessionals ,How can a sim card seller can be ABM in a reputed organisation company recruitment run on personal reference if you have higher approach you can be ABM ,RBM or zbm without any qualification and knowledge you are are Agriculture graduate I will not recommend this organisation to you if you are joining better burn your degree and get ready to report to Swiggy Zomato and Simcard employees.
