Worst company do not capable to pay salary of their employees hr only no joining work after that he forgot the work and they do not have any concern regarding employees. Their are no Job security any time without any prior notice they remove you from groups and hold your salary and said firstly resign then your FNF has been cleared once u resign your self then they ignoring you and did not pay you any money.

Other expanses are not given by componey at time. They delayed it as much as they wanted. They are just pretend that they are helping but in actually they didn't help you. All Selfish minds are running arround you. Componey aim are not clear. They are wasting there money and employees precious time. No skill development are here. Management are more disgusting because of the whole management team.you are a use and throw pen for them and owner of company are well aware of that all, but he's not gonna do anything for you just because relation metters more then a stupid hard working employee. Componey literally wants that their employees get suffered from unwanted/unnecessary problems just because they wanted their own growth not the employees. Sick mentality. Toxic environment. No satisfaction at the end of day and things are gonna worse day by day. Atlast you gonna find out yourself a garbage, unworthy. You gonna loose your all self confidence and atlast you get forced enough to take a bold step............ Resign/termination.......when componey need no more you then you get blamed for all their unsuccessful results. All componey glass walls made to torcher employee. Componey did not provide sufficient training time. Componey lied to there own employees what expected for others/coustomer. There is no reputation of senior Engineer post just like the reputation of componey name on market.

This is very poor organisation in terms of payments and other coordination aspects, they neither pay the vendor payments and nor they do the payment of employees. They are very unprofessional and management were making fool of employees and vendors, worst company to get associates

There is nothing to like, Running a company like a grocery store. There is no vision and no planning. Employee leave the company no full and final to be cleared. Very bad culture, No one should join this kiryana shop, they will ruin your life.
