...employees. If you are a resident or localized then only you can survive here. No hike, No time Promotions, Zero Learning, No facilities. Once you accept the offer and join the company thereafter no one cares about growth and development. The worst part is they offer the wrong profile to suitable candidates.

...ice and supportd to gali galoj. So I have to resign. Otherwise company is good. Gives good salary etc. But you have to ready listen gali galoj. And if you are against the same than HOD will create problem to you to leave the job.

Too much Politics. Work environment is too bad due to abusing language. Salary part is good.

Good work environment and culture. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new jokiness. And i want to promote my self

Middle management career growth is snail slow process. For Management Employee Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work Pressure is high.

Worst company. Coperion, Milacron, Mold Master, these all companies are part of Hillenbrand Inc group which total wort is under 2B only. Companies operating from Ahmedabad has worst culture as they only promote and support local members. In few of the departments company lacking minimum required resources and company has one of the lowest annual growth offered. Not the top leadership but the mid leadership has full of politics and the pictures they presented are not a true representation of role, responsibilities, wages, annually growth officers, and facilities.

Lacking professional environment and growth for employees.
