The environment is superb there..each and every person there is very good.they all are skilled and know how to done the things within time..when I was in that Ferro I had a great time there..learning too much things,..all the members are very innovative and always talking about inventions..salary in Ferro was less but actuallly it’s depend on your talent if you have talent then you must get good salary..overall I just wanna say excellent Ferro concrete construction pvt ltd..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..the work pressure is very high..manager do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time..

Only hard working people survive in this company, no benefit provided by company, fooding and residential facility provide by company, salary payment every frist week of the calendar month.
