The working people are good leadership team is the worst i have encountered in my professional life. They are cunning self centered people would take peoples votes etc but do what they feel like. .. ..

Words will never suffice what i experienced, from mental agony to constant insecurity. From management making me know i am stalked to be told to work like a bonded person. So much more words cant define. Fyi 30% people leave it every year

Discrimination among different division n infact discrimination in same division among those cater sales in hospital n trade. Despite working for many years they don't consider experience based people to give atleast opportunity to appear for promotion profile interview. Promotion are enjoyed only among management team. Company practice Top - Down approach but never bottom up approach. If you a manager then it's easy for you to practice chela - Chamcha culture. Management n Compliance team is not bothered to investigate such manager. Post 2020 company has seen massive attrition n there is frequent recalling of their product that affecting TOP line n growth of the company .
