There is a lot of politics and the managment doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to like other than salary, HR does not pick phone and Managers do care about personal life but does not provide time.

Work life Balance=0 HR connect=0 Work timing=14-16 Hours ASE takes concall for 2 hours everyday in west region Demands ilogical targets and favours those sycphants (chaaplus).

Good work experience in ferroro .company policies is very good ,bonus every year

My expenses not come in time and I left job because all my expenses has not come n its pending till date of several month
