I have been working at this organization for over four years, and while I have gained a lot in terms of skills, it has been due to the constant changes and lack of clarity from the management. The company has undergone multiple rebranding efforts without a clear long-term vision. Salary increments and appreciation are extremely difficult to come by. Employees often have to repeatedly prove themselves, yet recognition remains scarce. The hiring and firing process lacks transparency, leading to concerns about job security. There have also been instances where new hires, especially from reputed institutions, were promised specific roles but later assigned to unrelated positions. Internal structure and reporting hierarchies are arbitrary. Employees are sometimes placed under managers who lack relevant expertise, affecting career growth. Attempts to escalate concerns often go unanswered, even at the highest levels of leadership. Decision-making is slow, with most processes stalled until the CEO is available. The company struggles with branding and marketing but still aims to compete with industry giants. Workplace infrastructure is another challenge—operating from a residential space converted into an office with inadequate facilities. Concerns raised by employees, including the need for separate restrooms for women, were dismissed in an unprofessional manner. There have also been instances of inconsistent workplace policies, such as restrictions on food choices within the office. Punctuality rules are rigid for some employees but flexible for others, leading to disparities in treatment. Some teams are expected to work late into the night, including female employees, raising concerns about workplace culture. Ethical concerns have also been raised regarding workplace behavior. Reports of inappropriate conduct were not addressed adequately by HR, despite multiple employees being aware of such incidents. A structured and fair approach to workplace discipline is needed. Ultimately, my experience here gave me the confidence to pursue my own path. Many employees who realized their potential moved on to better opportunities. If you are considering joining, I would strongly advise doing thorough research before making a decision. I hope relevant authorities take a closer look at improving workplace standards and policies within the organization.

What I can say about the people I worked with in this company is that they're a bunch of fakes. That includes the management who claims to care amout its employees, our happiness. But they dont provide anything that would prove that they do. we dont even feel appreciated at the laest.

Worst company, you’ll not have any scope to learn and the company will be in 1st place to cheat the employees to pay the salaries by keeping the variable pays to 40% of CTC. I recommend not to join in this company
