Salary on time

Well, I have been working here for over the last four years, and I must say I have learned a lot in terms of skills. Why? How? Just because the organization never had clarity on what they wanted to do till date. They change their names like changing clothes. The funniest part is that you have to beg and prove yourself every time to get a hike. Appreciation is not at all in their dictionary. They hire and fire people at will. If someone from the labor court investigates, these people will be sued. I even think they have blinded them. Does this company even have a valid registration? I don’t know. They will put you under anyone. They don’t care what degree you have—“just go and work under him.” They play with your career. They did a mass campus recruitment from very reputed organizations under very nice roles, and when those candidates reached here, they were put into some random jobs. I’m glad they all left the organization on time (lucky them). The same thing happened to me. I was told to work under a person who had no clue about the department or technology. And when I finally decided to complain, the response was silence. I even forwarded the email to the CEO, but yeah, he also didn’t find it necessary to at least acknowledge it. HR needs to wait for the CEO’s approval to get things done. Not only HR—everyone has to wait until he finishes his trips and comes back. They don’t know what to sell, no one knows their brand, yet they compete with TATA. They don’t even do any marketing campaigns, but still, they want to be known. I got the confidence to start my own company after working there. Not just me—almost everyone who got their flow did. There’s a lot more to tell. They operate from a house turned into an office with the worst bathroom facilities. When the female employees raised concerns about a separate bathroom, their response was: “Do you use separate washrooms for women at home?” The irony was when they sent an email to all employees asking them not to eat non-veg at the office. They lock the gate at 9:30 AM and ask you to wait outside. I studied at Kendriya Vidyalayas, and they didn’t have such a cheap culture. They have separate rules for everyone. The accounts head comes at 11 AM, and the gate opens for him. He keeps his employees till late at night, including a female employee in his team. He shouts and howls at people, but no worries—no action is taken against him. Seems like he owns the company. Ayyo… I was waiting for the moment to get out of this place. And successfully, I did. One employee in the organization was watching vulgur things on the company laptop (you can guess it) on the system—everyone knows it. But no action was taken. "It’s just **** ; it’s very normal :)" Another employee makes inappropriate comments to women and texts female colleagues unprofessionally. HR knows all of this, but again—nah, we are not going to take any action. I went ahead and decided to QUIT because I had something called SELF-RESPECT in me. This is not the end. There’s a lot more to write, as my experience in this company lasted four years, and I have plenty to share. But yeah, you might get bored reading it all, and honestly, you might start feeling like never working for a company again. Just think thrice—do you REALLY want to join this firm? I would say it’s high time the labor office and human rights commission step in, take necessary action, and investigate this place.

What I can say about the people I worked with in this company is that they're a bunch of fakes. That includes the management who claims to care amout its employees, our happiness. But they dont provide anything that would prove that they do. we dont even feel appreciated at the laest.

Worst company, you’ll not have any scope to learn and the company will be in 1st place to cheat the employees to pay the salaries by keeping the variable pays to 40% of CTC. I recommend not to join in this company
