New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The company is open to suggestions. Either it may be from operator or DGM candidate. Company has implemented many KAIZENS, and if any KAIZEN is selected for all of the unit, then there is a prize amount of upto 1Lakh. Company strictly follows 8 hrs of job life, and will not allow for OT.

Work pressure is very high, and if a person is good at one thing (such as, making presentation). Then that person only has to do that job even sometimes in place of others.
