Manejament and HR third class person, company,🚫🚫🚫 ye kampani me jisako kuch nahi ata usako bhar bhar ke pement milata hai, aur jo kam karate hai unako kela 🍌🍌🍌🍌milata hai, third class facilities, ye compani me log khali pement badane ke liye ate hai aur 1 year me bhag jate hai , ye kampani ke HR apani manamani karata hai aur har worker ka mahine ke sallery se paise khate hai, yaha i manager,HOd log wender se contract valo se comistion lete hai is liye yaha ke product ki quality puri tarah se bigad gayi hai ,ek bat aur hai ye sab log milakar ye compani aur ek bar band karava denge aur badave sir ko dubayenge kash ye bat badave sir ko malum hoti, 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Poor work culture. No faith and trust on employees. Back biting concepts. High level dirty politics. No innovative work atmosphere. No motivation at all. Poor reward and recognition, even after best performance.

I dislikes everything in that company (Fenace Auto Nandur) , I don't like single thing ambition

Everything deserves dislikes from my side , for example working environment from bottom to top. Labour safety doesn't matter in that company . Labour payment issues are there not up to the date.
