The Co is good the salary & expenses date is excellent, the products are also good and competitive , overall the portfolio is Good.

Dislikes

The Management is terrible, donkeys are promoted to higher level, qualified & MBA candidates are not given chance by these donkeys. there are lot of white elephants in the Co who are not even qualified to make data on computer. Talent is not considered good in this CO, only a good leg worker or heavy retailing person without any knowledge of Ability, Planning, Implementation or Execution are considered for higher Management level. Donkeys control the literate people and you are helpless. This Co is good for starters only not at Higher Level. People who do not get jobs and are not capable only work here.... Parasites type only. This is the only reason the Co's existence is decreasing by other competitors....

... security is good at mid & senior level. Lower level has job security issues. Salary on Time. No deductions during both Covid lockdowns. During this period we moved from Small Scale Industry to Medium & Large Scale Industry in less than 2 years.

Dislikes

Work pace is bit slow. Too much paper work. Sometimes I had used more than a bundle (500+) of A4 size sheets in a day. Things/Projects/Decisions take time more than anticipated. Don't expect high increments, try to negotiate as much as you can while joining. Increments range 5-8%.

Management Favor for HOD's. They think only HOD works, but reality is different. All HOD's are inefficient especially Head Marketing. Management should have a faith in other employees too.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
