Its a very good company for freshers. I have learnt many things related to automation and design.Salary revision is fluctuating based on the company growth. Its a very good company for any freshers.

Few things are there which effects the work-life balance, if employee works on holidays he wont get proper compensation. No proper Career growth after 4-5 years of experience. there will be no training to improve our skills. And it will be always a monotonous work. there is no scope for our ideas towards work culture. each and every thing is observed which employees often get irritated.
