Working culture, toxic management and they take my one month salary as security money at the time of joining and at the time I resigned they denied to give back my money .Hr policy is only on papers there is nothing happened in the office according to policy.

No job security cmd tells marketing team salary can be put on hold if targets are not met. Management do not trust marketing team and is policing them via live locations also salary is much less as compared to current industry standards

Dislikes

Less salary , unnecessary pressure to bring patients , policing via live locations , outdated conveyance policy , arbitrary and unjust clause were during probation company can remove you with out any notice but you have to serve 1 month notice also one month salary is deducted in 6 equal installments from your salary.

My department Hod ( Naresh Chand purohit ) Emergency Hod ( Dr Salil Malik ) very good person Always got to learn something new from him and he gives opportunity to move forward very nice man ❤️

The above system is bad all the things of the staff are hidden from the owner Duty hours were too long 8:00 am to 8:pm

The bond here is very bad, the culture here is not good, there is a lot of pressure but you have no value for that, along with the Department manager human resource, here the bond is of 3rd class, you have to sing a bond, do not leave before 2 years, if you leave before that then the 25% salary cut for 4 months will not be given, and saying 45 days of FNF they put you on hold for 2 months, along with that they also cut the salary that you get and at the end they called up and said it is more, it is already late, take whatever you are getting (MR LITHIN). There is no way to work here and neither is your job security. If you raise your voice today, your department will be changed or you will be harassed to such an extent that you will have to leave on your own. I will not suggest anyone here to do any job. Rating will be 1/5 only.
