Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is no job security and management system is not good for the employees.

Really There is very Penny situation. We did not get our last three months salary, and bills yet.Company has fouled us at a very sadful situation in luckdown period.

This company is a electrical distribution company. Working in this company is good. And the company also have medic lame. And company also having some enter ten program for employees and training for enhance the skill of employees etc.

Dislikes

I dislike the salary system. means the strong reference having good salary other than else . And the same position employees also having a big salary difference. And the holidays are not like a holidays means in holidays the employees are pressurized for working.

There is so much little to like here, may be the local staffs who are working here have a good hearts nothing more..

It has a long list. 1. Salary pending for 2 months now. 2. No overtime salary. 3. They donot give you promoting only impose extra work. 4. No bonus or leave if worked in a holiday. 5. No solution is provided for real time problems, only "jumla" is done here.

Most of the time foods either lunch or breakfast or snacks are offered from the office,also got some free hours where we can do employee activities.

Dislikes

Very poor Management and Salary is never on time also 2months salary is still pending. Too much of mental pressure, no respect for the employees.
