After joining Fedora my career wasted. It's worst company never pay salary on time. No incentive no increment. They will hire you and after one year they will fire you. Useless management.

Dislikes

No pay on time, no training, no cabs, no incentive, no life insurance policy, no overtime, no cafeteria, no appraisals, no hike. Worst management.

Likes

The company's culture and people are good, Salary and benefits are also good they also provide work from home in medical conditions.

Dislikes

There are many issue I'm mentioning it here if you got an offer from this company: -working hours are going to be long, you have to complete your tasks then only you can go to your home -No payments for the extra working hours -your future in this company will be based on project you get if you're lucky then it's good otherwise they will torture you by assigning more tasks - No job security -At induction they'll try to fool you by saying good things only like no politics and all things -No work life balance and many more.......

Likes

- No bonds. - Good salary package for freshers - Gives opportunity for building career by hiring freshers. - Having an average shift timing of 2 to 11.

Dislikes

- They are not getting satisfied with us; no matter how hard you work. - They make us do overtime without being paid for the overtime. - Leaves are not approved easily by many Mentors and Team Leaders - Gives a lot of burden to the new joinee by passing on all the work load of seniors.

Good salary for freshers.

Huge work load. RDP - Remote desktop connection issue. AC is on head not able to work proper. They are not taking any reposibilities of employees. Very bad situation in lockdown 2020 - 21.

...at if you leave your company then again you can not joint company , for leaves . you have to fight etc , you can not understand salary structure easily.
