Fedo announced that they are closing the company as they are out of fund...they didn't pay salary since 3 months and they are asking to submit company laptop and leave. fab 15th,2025 is the last date.

FACT Engineering and design organization is Engineering consultant department under Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd,A Government of India Enterprise.The company is one of top engineering consultancy in India aiming to provide Designing of Chemical plants, petroleum and infrastructure development with Good Engineering practice as per Indian standard.The company have lot of projects across India, iam very much happy that Iam a part of Engineering team as Electrical Project Engineer.As a result,I get to travel to different states in India for executing projects and mobilize the work and giving a satisfactory result to clients by expediting the project before the completion period.Our clients are mostly from PSU's like M/s BPCL,M/s IOCL,M/s GAIL, and from state psc also .We have private clients as joint venture (M/s TATA construction Pvt Ltd ). I am very happy that I got a good working culture here,my colleagues come from different working cultural backgrounds ,my Superior officers are very much help for learning.

I am working here as contract Electrical project Engineer on extendable basis. The job security is comparatively very less and salary package is also not good.

>No safety for girls they ask u to stay even after everyone leaves to complete 8 hours even though there is no work. Actually there is no work at all only 3-4 senior employees keep working all the others do time pass and go and still have to go to office daily. >You can only survive here if u are an MALAYALI .So much partiality if the malayali girl comes late to office they make fun of it but when we do they note down the time. >When it was my time to get converted for full time all of a sudden the policy changes but not for the senior developer friend >I used to travel 28km daily in the hopes of getting converted and making a pg later but they just play you. They wont value you even if you do the work or not. >They wont tell anything about the leave policy when u join but keep nagging about the leave took for some important function .But malayli people can take leaves and they wont tell anything to them.>Not worth your time and energy do not join here.
