Very good experience and training for diploma holders with excellent pay scale, the top management is very supportive, and helps to learn a lot. All the facilities provided within the boundary. Job confirmation is based on work output of two years.

Nothing is good. The environment is just like superiority and caste system main HR department Anuj kaushik (HR Manager) now Also Govind sharma pradeep bhadauria and Siddharth mohan they demotivate the employee also used as a helper or labour

HR department Training is not even quite good Supervisor of production department And salary basics is same as ITI/Diploma/B.Tech only Due to HR department.

You get to learn many new things here with the latest technology. Though my teammates were very supportive. Its good to start your career at Federal Mogul as a fresher. But you should not stay here for long time.

The company’s management is excellent with a well educated senior management and HR team. The facilities are top notch, the canteen food is good, and everyone maintains a respectful nature. Overall, it is a stress-free environment.
