Even though not a local resident from Vizag, I didn't feel strange working here. Felt a good starting in Vizag with such a good pay for the contract employees.

For even the contract employees I feel appraisal for work or perks or any sort of engagements can be there which will increase their energy to remain sincere to the work all throughout the contract period.

... consideration for posting based on personal issues. Opportunities for learning. Salary is at par with nationalised banks. Offers good job security.

The promotion process is subject to bias. Hands on training for new recruits can be improved.

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

and if talking about work life balance no such thing lies in Federal Bank. No one care about you if you're posted in rural branch you'll be like nothing for management. No one will talk about your career growth this is pathetic about federal bank
