One thing I like is that the salary comes on time. And others allowance.

There are many things that are not good in the bank. Like work time 'starting from 9:45 every morning and have no idea when to come back almost 12 hours work everyday. Thus the employee's private life remains nothing. Neither he can take time for himself nor can he give time to his family. Another thing is that he does not give transfer near the employee's house. He does not understand anyone's situation. Due to such an environment, the employee becomes frustrated and prone to leave the job. It is requested to think about the employee and take a good solution for not hiding from the site after reading the review. And do not discriminate between male and female employees regarding office time and transfer.

Frequent transfers, office politics, senior management always getting their say, south Indians given preference over others. No Transfer on compassionate ground, no matter what your problem is, I have spine injury unable to travel on my own, but still I am posted 900 KM away from my hometown, despite vacant position in my Home State. Kingpins sitting in HR who will always be posting southies near their hometown. Worst HR possible.,

... consideration for posting based on personal issues. Opportunities for learning. Salary is at par with nationalised banks. Offers good job security.

The promotion process is subject to bias. Hands on training for new recruits can be improved.

Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there
