Policy and sales pressure as someone who want to learn more about wealth management and investment, I'm stuck in log-in days this learning curve is bad some Officers are treating customer as it's late 90s where they can move customer from counter to counter and delay paper work, not realising that it is also affecting other's efficiency as well. last but not least Transfer policy, not able to move to a desired location even if Mutual agreement is there

Late promotions Too much politics Gender biased in transfers(best place to work for women) Promotions only to those sitting in zonal offices and department's Branches are only to expolit and sending mails no support

... 2. HR policies are favorable for employees. 3. Sales pressure is moderate. 4. Joining salary is one of the best in the industry.

1. Unclear process for business development. 2. Union culture, a hurdle in work culture. 3. Learning is confined. 4. No performance linked incentive & annual increments are peanuts.

Definitely not a great place to work. They credit the salary on time and provide lower interest staff loans.

Dislikes

HR policies are worst, They don't understand the situation of employees. Top management favours only women employee,when it comes to transfer situation. Bank pressurise their employees to sell third party products. Employee have become insurance agent instead of wise banker.

... consideration for posting based on personal issues. Opportunities for learning. Salary is at par with nationalised banks. Offers good job security.

Dislikes

The promotion process is subject to bias. Hands on training for new recruits can be improved.
