-Bench manager who coaches consultants how to conduct and present oneself, and about unsaid corporate rules. -Trainers who have been experts in their work experiences and care very much about imparting technical knowledge to even those who never did proper coding. -Training materials are well researched. -Consultant Experience Mannager who emphasises on work life balance and checks on consultants: placed or not.

Dislikes

-HR communication could be more objective, not subjective. -AMs could be more objective based on performance in training, not in appearance. -Overhiring and underplacing. -Asking for opinions but only for formality. -Difficult conversations can be done, with dignity. Management needs to follow what they preach.
