Work environment has 2 layers- 1. Staff vs Staff relations are wonderful, and 2. Staff vs Student relations are also excellent.

...es, G.o.I.). They always suppress staff members and exploit their career growth. Annual Salary hike conditions are pathetic. There is no encouragement for academic upliftment of staffs. So, only those, who can praise these IAS, IRS on deputation to FDDI as MD or Secretary or Executive Director can get special benefits, remainings who are honest, deducted to their works are either under paid or treated as a second class staff members.

Likes

Good work-life balance, average compensation and timely payment of emoluments.

Dislikes

Job security is pathetic, since almost 99% of employees of FDDI are on one year contracts, subject to discontinuation / non-renewal of contract at absolute discretion (read: whim) of the top management (comprising of bureaucrats). There is neither any emphasing nor reward on learning & self-development. There is no defined career growth path linked to experience, performance, qualifications and skill/qualification up-gradation.

Fddi has well Organized and Pan india Campuses and here students Enjoy great Exposure along with Faculty, There are Prominent recruiter like ZARA,TATA,ADITYA BIRLA,LANDMARK Come here every year.

There are some qualified and educated teachers who are the soul of the organisation but are leaving due to wrong policies. Only best part is you get to find lots of time for self improvement.

Dislikes

As an ex student of FDDI myself, I know throughout of this organisation from inside out. They have Only Contractual Job, no security, unqualified employees surviving only by praising the management. Class 12 pass person is head of department academics and teaching post graduates.

Job was well but job security was nothing any time employee can be thrown out from the organisation

Dislikes

Valuation of hard work is zero. Only those employees got benefits who make buttering to center head and immediate boss. Renewal og agreement is basic problem.
